Garden of Lights

Montgomery Parks' and Brookside Gardens' winter-season tradition runs from Friday, November 15, 2024, to Sunday, Janauary 5, 2025. It is open daily, 5pm - 9:30pm. It will be closed Nov. 25-28, Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1.

The primary entrance for Garden of Lights is located at Brookside Gardens' main entrance: 1800 Glenallan Ave., Wheaton, MD 20902. Please note, this year access from Wheaton Regional Park directly into Brookside Gardens is NOT permited. Access for pedestrians and cyclists is available at Brookside Gardens' main entrance at 1800 Glenallan Ave.

Don't forget- the Brookside Gardens' Gift Shop will be open during Garden of Lights and is the perfect place to find inspired gift items, or pick up that scarf you forgot to bring!

Tickets are only available for advance purchase online only. Walk-up tickets are NOT available. Tickets are $10 per person for those age 5 and older. Visitors under age 5 are FREE, however, still require a ticket. Everyone in your party is required to have a ticket.

You will receive a digital ticket in your email inbox once your purchase is complete. Remember to check your spam folder if your ticket hasn't arrived within 30 minutes of your purchase. You purchase tickets are specific arrival times: 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm or 8:30pm. You must arrive at your specific scheduled time to redeem your tickets. No entry after 9pm, show closes at 9:30pm.

For entry, please have your QR code readily available for the Light Show team at the entrance. If you are using your phone to redeem your tickets, please at the tickets on your screen and maximize the screen's brightness setting.
